Exciting news from Hershel’s Pickles! 🥒

We’re testing out some new jar options that are super leak-proof and shipping-friendly.

For shipping orders, we’ll likely use plastic jars to make sure everything arrives safely. For local pickup and wholesale, we’ll continue using glass, but in a newer leak-resistant jar and lid.

In the photo:
The middle jar is glass, and the two on the sides are plastic. Both options are designed to be virtually leak-resistant.

We’re always working to make sure your pickles are fresh, crisp, and perfect, whether you’re picking them up locally or as we start shipping nationwide.

🥒 Winter whole full sours in the works!

These small cucumbers are hard to come by this time of year, so it’s always exciting when I can get my hands on them. They’re headed straight into brine to become whole, fully fermented full-sour pickles.
