Today’s morning smoothie was delicious! 🍦

Organic coconut milk, powdered freeze dried vanilla Greek yogurt & peanut butter, organic bananas, and a scoop of creamy peanut butter 😋

Stirred in a tablespoon of Chia Seeds for extra goodness! ☀️

Love juice blends? This morning’s antioxidant blend consists of our freeze dried mixed berry blend; cherries, black raspberries, blueberries & red raspberries alongside our freeze dried carrots & green bean mix & water. Topped it off with some Chia Seeds!

How about some Freeze Dried Italian Wedding Soup!

Ingredients:
Sweet onions, organic carrots & celery, chopped spinach, white potatoes, beans, beef meatballs, pastina & roasted vegetable stock!

This soup is delicious as is, or rehydrated with your favorite liquid! Great for work lunches or on the go meals.

Hmm 😋

One of the main reasons we have our freeze dryer is for food storage. What better way to save this food than by freeze drying them? This food will last 20 + years with proper storage.

Pictured below is our pepper jack grilled cheese and Italian wedding soup! The grilled cheese will be diced prior to drying. These will be great for croutons down the road; either a salad or French onion soup toppings.
