Been a long time since I've been on here, the calves I bought last Spring, one is in our freezer, another one is in a friends freezer and her daughter's. Had one left for a few months and liked her, wanted to get her bred and she is a year old and needs to get a little older.
The guy that butchered the two mixed our meat up so we didn't get everything we had coming and he probably got some of it to sell in his shop. Won't go back to him again. Took some time to get the meat sorted out between the three of us. Probably still not right for us.
