Our Microgreens are always fresh, locally grown, bursting with flavor and include the vitamins and nutrients our bodies need to thrive. Amaranth has a long history of cultivation starting with the Aztecs between 6,000 to 8,000 years ago. I would imagine Mad House Farms grows Amaranth Microgreens for the same reasons today. Full of protein, fiber and essential minerals and vitamins, Amaranth benefits our health greatly.
