Weekly menu is finally posted!!

Last week was a whirlwind with all the end-of-school activities, awards, and wrapping things up at SEMS, so I completely missed posting our menu — thanks for giving me grace! ❤️

Tomorrow we remember and honor the brave men and women who gave everything for our freedom. Wishing everyone a meaningful Memorial Day filled with family, gratitude, and good food. 🇺🇸

This week’s menu has all the summer supper vibes. And yes… leftovers made the menu twice because this momma is officially in summer mode now.

Teacher Appreciation Week is here, and I’ll be cooking up something every day for our amazing teachers—starting today with lemon blossoms! 🍋

And to top it all off, Caleb and I are celebrating our 16th wedding anniversary on Friday! ❤️

Supper tonight was so good! Fried pork steak fingers with mashed potatoes and butter beans.

Put cut up potatoes in crockpot and let them cook all day, came home and made mashed potatoes with them.

Let the butter beans cook in a crockpot all day with chicken broth and ham flavoring.

Cut up pork cubed steak and they marinated in milk, eggs and Cajun seasoning.

Breaded them up and fried them up!!
