We have several upcoming private catering jobs and are at full capacity (no refrigerator or smoker room left). We will not be open for take-out this weekend or next. Please checkback 3/22 for take-out schedule updates. Our private event schedule looks a little lighter for late March and early April. Thanks!
Sorry folks! We won't be open this weekend (3/3, 3/4, & 3/5). We have private catering jobs lined up for Friday, Sunday, and Monday. The forecast for Saturday is predicting heavy snow at times during the day and we don't typically open during a storm. Stay warm! Last night when I heard that Donali Food Truck was going to be at Able Ebenezer Brewing Company for ”kegs and eggs” today I knew I had to come back and get some! Yum! Come by for brunch if you’re around. My lobster bene is outstanding!
Sold out (Saturday 2/18). Crazy busy at Able Ebenezer Brewing Company today. For a while we had about as many orders stacked up as we’ve ever had at any one time doing takeout. Thank you for your patience and glad folks could enjoy a beer while they waited. We’ll be serving it up next weekend back at our usual spot at the Vault Motor Storage. We’ll post the schedule on Wednesday once we have a chance to check out the weather forecast.
I’ve been asked a few questions about serving at Able Ebenezer Brewing Company this weekend by some of my regular customers so thought I’d share the info:
1) Yes, you can bring food into the taproom for a sit down meal and enjoy a great selection of beer on tap.
2) Yes, we’re also selling take-out! If you want to pick up BBQ to take home we’ll be serving it up for the posted hours Friday & Saturday. While you’re here you can pick up a 4 pack or two of some great local brewed beer too!
3) Sorry, we won’t be open at our usual spot at the Vault this weekend. Hope you can join us at Able Friday 4-9 PM or Saturday 1-9 PM. We’re aiming to be back at Vault Motor Storage next weekend. We’ll post the schedule by Wednesday after we checkout the weather forecast for the weekend.

Schedule Update for the week leading up to Super Bowl weekend:
We are booked solid with several catering jobs so we won't be open for take-out super bowl weekend. We just don't have the room in our refrigerators or capacity on the smoker to cook anything more. Sorry folks. Next week is a slower catering week so we should have some take-out capacity then. Aiming to be open 2/17, 2/18, & 2/19 weather permitting. We'll post a schedule update by 2/15.

A few big office orders really starts a day off well! We’ll be sold out by early 2 or 3 PM. We only have a few pounds of everything and only 4 racks of baby back ribs. Call if you’d like us to hold anything today before we run out. 603-493-3191

SOLD OUT (Saturday 11/19)!
Also, please note that we Sold out of ribs and sausage so fast at lunchtime today that I put the ribs and sausage I had for tomorrow in the smoker. Now we’re sold out of that too! So no ribs or smoked sausage on Sunday. We will have the rest of the menu (brisket, pork, wings, pulled chicken, Mac, etc).
