Remember these amazing steaks? The quality of our beef is incredible. The last shares for the summer will be delivered the first week of August. We have 1 whole beef left which can be split into halves, quarters or sold as whole. Comment below if you are interested.

We will be in Greenwood making deliveries next week. We have 1/4 beef left to sell. 1/4 beef is 120-130lbs of various cuts, including tenderloin, ribeyes, NY strip, roasts, burger and much more. The cost is around $1300.
Beef is grass raised and grain finished for 180 days. The flavor is unbelievable!

We are selling beef shares this summer. This means you purchase a whole, half or quarter of beef. Confused on what that means???

What goes into your freezer - For a whole beef you are looking at between 450-500 lbs of beef. With this option you do get to make choices on how your beef is cut.

Is it crazy expensive? It is an investment; however, you pay a per pound price for all if it. So, those amazing ribeyes, tenderloins, roasts and ground meat are all priced the same per pound price.

Remember - our beef is all Angus beef. Raised on the ranch in a pasture and grain finished for 180 days. It is amazing beef.

Bistec Ranchero - This is a favorite!!!! We make this with tenderized round steak. We cut the round steak into bite size pieces, season with our favorite fajita seasoning and cook in a skillet with tomato, jalapenos and onion. We cannot make enough of this one!!
