One made with 500g bread flour, 25g spelt,25g dark rye, 120g starter, 25g avocado oil, 11g salt. The other all plain 🙂 plain is still my fav! These two had a bigger rise as I pushed bulk fermentation a bit.

About 80ish glazed sourdough donuts turned into 120! They were a hit ! 😘
