Yall when I say I enjoyed myself tonight!! And to think I almost canceled! I got to cook with and for some of the biggest TV chefs in the world tonight!! I cooked with Chef Kelsey Barnard Clark (winner of Master chef) and our food literally was completely gone! I would say sold out but it was all free! And Chef Carla Hall ate the food I cooked and couldn't stop talking about it! They made yo boy feel good! I kept up with the big dogs! Being a Chef is dope!! GN!!!

I smoked the 🦀 and lobster 🦞 with pecan wood! Then I cooked the mussels in butter, white wine, and garlic. I let everything simmer in my homemade spicy garlic sauce.
