My Story

My Weightloss Journey began in 2009 which was the year I found out I was back then I never knew how much I weighed because my doctor at the time scale only went to , it took a trip to the emergency room that year for me to get weighed and learned of my highest weight of my life. A few months later I made the decision to have I made for my life. I'm not but I'm . I've had my struggles and setbacks but I have learned to keep pushing and start making better choices. Now that I see my I let that drive me. I'm now a more and person who enjoys .The best tip that I can offer anyone is have someone who is going to you x💯 in your journey to becoming a better healthier you allow no one to set any doubt in you mind your not doing what's best for you, because if your making that decision for yourself the right person will be your motivator and cheerleader for your !
