My 21 yo daughter is celiac, not me. But I keep gluten out of the house because she's so sensitive to it. I was advised to do the keto diet for myself, and in searching some recipes, come across a recipe for 90 second bread. It is 1Tbsp melted butter, add 3 Tbsp almond flour, one egg and 1/2 tsp baking powder in a ramekin or small bowl. Mix it till smooth. Then you just microwave it 90 seconds! It puffs up a lot, so you can cut it in half, and toast it. If you do a small round dish, you can have like a muffin, I used it for a breakfast sandwich. But you could also do a small square dish to make a slice of bread, cut it in half, have a sandwich. It was surprisingly good! So much easier than buying the GF or trying to manage making a whole loaf! ♥️

Just tried this noodle combo for my son, and he absolutely loved it!
It was our first time using these noodles, and they turned out perfect as a pasta base. I added baby shrimp for a little extra flavor, and it worked beautifully.
Next up—we're trying it with chicken Alfredo. Can’t wait!

I found this last night at Meijer!!! I use this all the time and it's good. Clearance for only $1.87, down from $7.49!! They had maybe a dozen bags so I grabbed 4.
Thing is, since it's on clearance, does this mean they won't carry it anymore? 🙁

After so many trial-and-error loaves with different gluten-free flours, I can finally say I found the one.
This Caputo gluten-free flour in my bread maker gave me a loaf that actually tastes like real bread. Soft inside, perfect crust, and none of that “gluten-free” aftertaste. I honestly didn’t think it was possible.
It was so good I fooled my own family, and now I literally have to hide the bread or it’s gone in minutes. Thanks to whoever I first saw this recommendation on.

Gluten free 3 ingredients (plus seeds optional). Soft and slightly sweet. Brioche buns. Freeze fantastically. They take approx 3 mins to put together, no whisking and 12 mins to bake. . ❤️ Set oven to 170 degrees centigrade. In a bowl add 1 and three quarter cups milk powder, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 3 large eggs. Mix till combined, spoon out onto a large baking paper lined tray. Keep separated as they expand. Makes 4 large buns or 5 smaller. Bake for approx 12 minutes until golden brown. Not too dark because the bottom will burn otherwise. When cool put in a zip lock bag and zip up using a straw to suck out all the air. Keep in fridge or freezer.

First time posting, long time listener (kinda, I just joined this group)
I own a gluten-free restaurant. Specifically, a fried chicken place. I just want to say. I get filled with joy everytime I can provide something you really miss. I've had people cry (I'm crying rn). Please tell me all the things you miss the most so we can focus on that. That's what I wanna do. TY ❤️

Made a delicious GF pot pie!!
Gluten Free Pot Pie
I measure with my heart ❤️ adjust as you see necessary.
1 to 2 Cooked chicken breast shredded. I cooked my chicken in the crock pot, it shreds better.
1/2 onion chopped
2 stalks of celery chopped
1/2 frozen bag of peas and carrots
1/4 cup of gf flour
1 pinch of Thyme
1 32 oz. Chicken broth (I used 3/4 of the box)
2 ounces of cream cheese
1 box of gf Red Lobster Cheddar Bay biscuit mix ( make according to box instructions)
I took the onion and celery and sautéed in a little butter and olive oil. Once it was softened, I added the flour. Cook for maybe 1 -2 min. Add Thyme. Salt and pepper to your preference.
Then I added the broth (a little at a time) and cream cheese to make a thickened rue. Once thickened, add the chicken and 1/2 bag of peas and carrots. Still add broth as needed. Make this as thick as you want. Place in greased pie dish.
Make the cheddar biscuit mix according to box instructions.
Is sprinkled the mix all over till covered. Bake 20-30 min or until golden on top. You can always add a pat of butter on top to help it brown.
Bake on 350
Note: I didn’t use the whole mix. Was able to make 2 extra biscuits.
Serve with your favorite side dish.
Enjoy❤️ and always measure with your heart!!

I went to Jersey Mike's and I got me a Philly steak on gluten-free sub and I bought me one big sub and it was only three something or something like that . So I can make sandwiches at home. Maybe ought to shut off the comments from the main moderate area administration because I got some rude people on my page
