🍓✨ Strawberry Bliss Cheesecake Rolls ✨🍓
Ingredients:
For the Rolls:
8 slices soft white sandwich bread, crusts removed
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
¼ cup powdered sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup finely diced fresh strawberries
2 tablespoons granulated sugar (for strawberries)
For the Coating:
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
½ cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:
Prepare the Strawberry Filling: In a small bowl, toss the diced strawberries with 2 tablespoons granulated sugar. Let sit for 10 minutes to release juices, then gently drain excess liquid.
Make the Cheesecake Mixture: In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Fold in the sweetened strawberries.
Prepare the Bread: Using a rolling pin, flatten each slice of bread until thin and pliable.
Fill & Roll: Spread a generous tablespoon of the strawberry cheesecake mixture evenly over each slice of bread. Roll up tightly into a log shape.
Coat in Butter: Dip each roll in melted butter, ensuring it is fully coated.
Cinnamon Sugar Coating: In a shallow bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon. Roll the buttered rolls in the cinnamon sugar mixture until evenly coated.
Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place rolls seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until lightly golden and slightly crisp on the outside.
Serve: Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm for a soft, creamy center and sweet cinnamon crunch.
