Your family will literally beg you to make this Crockpot Honey Mustard Chicken every single week! Just toss some chicken, red potatoes, and sweet honey into the slow cooker, and let it do all the magic.
**Ingredients**
1. 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
2. 1 lb red potatoes, halved
3. 1 cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)
4. 1/2 cup honey
5. 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
6. 1 packet (1 oz) dry ranch seasoning mix
7. 1/4 cup chicken broth
8. Salt and pepper to taste
**Method**
1. Grab a bowl and whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, ranch seasoning, chicken broth, salt, and pepper.
2. Place your halved red potatoes right in the bottom of the crockpot.
3. Lay the chicken breasts evenly on top of the potatoes, then pour that glorious honey mustard sauce over everything.
4. Sprinkle the corn right on top of the chicken.
5. Cover and cook on Low for 6-7 hours (or High for 3-4 hours) until the chicken is juicy and the potatoes are fork-tender.
