Plenty of eggs available! $5/dozen. They are fertilized if interested in BYM, I'm happy to set some aside rather than refrigerate.

Possible crosses:
Roosters are A. Cemani pure but pet quality and a white leghorn pure.

Hens are pure A. Cemani, A. Bresse, leghorn, NH red, and RI red.

Also parting with 1 year aged, pre-hatched male eggs, some with attitude (soup pot is fine, just don't tell us!):

-2 Bantam Cochin. One frizzle. Both full of 'tude since day one.
-A. Cemani, pet quality. Seems like a good boy but is getting picked on badly in the bachelor pad, has had moments of attitude but I suspect he will take to the right person with a little work once he feels safer
-Barred Rock mix. Beautiful bird, no issues
-A. Bresse good bird, but also has had some attitude. Will need an experienced owner.
-RIR, NHR, BYM, all possible if wanted. Good personalities and gorgeous birds.

Most of the boys have not been with ladies. We alternate free range periodically. All were hatched here, purchased from well known hatcheries and breeders. Don't want to get rid of them all, but can't handle the fighting and they don't pay their rent!

We are back up in production! Almost a dozen a day! Who needs eggs?! $5/dozen. We can also use cartons if anyone has any laying around ...

The girls are already catching back up. We have 10+ dozen in the back fridge and 8-12 laying daily...first come, first serve. $5 a dozen.

Several roosters available.

2 pet quality Cemanis
2 breeding quality American Bresse
1 bym (hatched from a batch of RIR. Clearly not a purebred of any offered through that hatchery)
1 barred rock (unconfirmed. Hatched with a batch of NHR. Clearly not one of them. Lol)

All between 5 and 7 months old.

Located in Middlefield. You bring a box and pick up or we can make a deal for drop off.

At this point I just can't afford to keep feeding them, can't bring myself to process them myself. All decent boys so far, although they've been in a bachelor pad since the ladies started maturing.

So the rest of my girls are starting to lay! We got 6 eggs today. I have 17 hens, so we expect to be up to a dozen a day on average in the next month or two.

We use less than an egg a day now that Dan is gone.

So who will be looking for farm fresh butt nuggets? (NOT organic at this time)

I hope to be able to sort by size and will be asking $3-$5/dozen depending on demand and will discount if you bring me cartons.

It is with a heavy heart I report the sudden passing of my husband, "Farmer" Dan.

He started this whole chicken thing and has left much undone. I am not going to be able to manage the ones we already have for long, let's line the babies that hatched this week and eggs that are supposed to come next week.

We only have one fully functioning coop, and another that has no run at the moment. 3 more were in the works, but there's no way for me to finish myself.

We have 2 kids and I am a stay at home mom. Feeding 100 chickens is not in the budget long-term.

Just trying to get through today, right now.

I miscounted. We have 27 live in the younger coop. That makes 51 outside, 15 inside (66) and 24 incubating (90).

Asked for 4. Got 90. *Hysterical*
