LOOKING FOR LOCAL SMALL BUSINESSES, MAKERS & CREATORS 🤍
Have you ever wanted to have your products in a storefront without the responsibility of running an entire retail space yourself?
The Marketplace at Rae + Co Sweets is coming to Madison, Ohio, and we’re currently looking for vendors who may be interested in becoming part of something special.
More than just a marketplace, our vision is to create a faith, family, and community-focused space where small businesses can grow together, support one another, and serve the community around them. I truly want to help other small businesses grow, and I’m willing to work with vendors on what they can reasonably afford whenever possible because supporting entrepreneurs at different stages of their journey is important to me.
Vendor spaces will be limited and may include shelving, tables, or approved custom displays depending on your business and product offerings.
As the storefront owner, I will handle:
🤍 Customer checkout
🤍 Store staffing
🤍 General storefront management
🤍 Occasional social media features, stories, and vendor spotlights
Vendors will still be responsible for actively marketing and promoting their own businesses and products. While I’ll help bring customers through the door and occasionally highlight vendors, this is not a fully managed marketing service. The most successful vendors will be those who continue to invest in growing their own business while being part of our marketplace community.
I’m open to speaking with a variety of businesses and product types. Whether you create handmade goods, offer unique products, coffee items, home goods, artwork, plants, gifts, or something entirely different, I’d love to learn more about what you do.
Some products may be accepted on a case-by-case basis depending on how they fit within the overall vision of the marketplace.
What matters most to me isn’t necessarily what you sell—it’s who you are.
I’m looking for businesses that believe in supporting other small businesses, building community, and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. I want vendors who understand that when one small business succeeds, we all succeed.
Located directly on a busy state route in Madison, Ohio, The Marketplace at Rae + Co Sweets will offer a unique shopping experience unlike anything else currently in the area.
Vendor spaces are limited, and acceptance will be based on overall marketplace fit, product variety, available space, and alignment with our vision.

Applications will be accepted through June 19, 2026.
Once applications have closed, I will review all submissions and reach out with additional information regarding the status of your application. To ensure every applicant is considered fairly, I will not be responding to applications until after the application period has ended and all submissions have been received.
