Ok my name is Chris Mendoza
I’m the Owner of
Bite Me Pizzería
Midland, Texas
I worked really hard to get mine open and get bite me on the map a lot of time and sacrifice and a lot of Marketing went into it.
I was originally going to open up in the Odessa mall but I decided not to do it. My standards weren’t met or ideas weren’t used So I walked out. I thought I took My idea my Concept my Pizza Name !.. But they used my name and platform to have a grand opening !…
Now let’s get this Misunderstanding Fixed the place in the Odessa Mall has nothing to do with me or my Pizzeria. They told me they would change the name but they Still went ahead & Had a Grand Opening Saying they are Bite me pizzeria and only use the rest of the name some times only.
They are using it to (Bite of off me) and it’s ok 👍. We All Know there is only One BITE ME & we are in Midland Tx.

Sad thing I spoke to the Owner and told him it was gonna be a big Misunderstanding and people were gonna get confused & call them copy cats and they still didn’t give a F**k & did it !….
My customers are mad 😡 and I understand them I’m not upset I’m disappointed they couldn’t change the concept From Bite Of Me to something Different 😔!…
Blessings and Bite Me Pizzeria is only In Midland Tx.
PS: they even used my pizza 🍕 outfit Lol 🤣.
