I just want to send a out a huge Huzzah to all the patrons, Faire folk, vendors, entertainers and especially the the volunteers and Faire staff! Utah Renaissance Faire was huge because of you! We are eternally grateful for your love💕
All of you made this year a Master piece! Thank you for you patronage at our food trailer and for letting me yell at you! 🤣🤣🤣

Short Ribs, 2 hrs @400° in the oven. In my Roaster... Water, Onion, celery, carrots. I used doTTERA Thyme & Rosemary oil and some salt and pepper.
