We decided it was time our online home matched the quality of what we put on your kitchen table.

We’ve completely upgraded the site to make it easier for you to explore our whole, half, and quarter beef shares, check out how our custom cutting works, and join our upcoming processing waitlist.

The internet might change, but our process doesn't. Every single beef is still Montana-raised, personally selected, and aged 14 days.
