Saturday night was stressful in the best and worst way.

The last 30 minutes of service we got hit with a big birthday order, plus a rush from our regulars. One second we were cruising the next we had 30+ burgers on deck.

Then we were running out of cheese. And our smash burgers are not the same without the cheese.
We had to let customers know and everyone was incredibly understanding.

A few panicked phone calls later, my wife dropped everything (as she always does for Humble), and came flying in with a fresh stock of our premium aged cheddar American cheese and saved the night.

Exhausted. Overwhelmed.
But we made it through.

Later we saw a Yelp review that made it all worth it.

We were only open two days this week, but Friday was easily our busiest day of the year and Saturday was right behind it.

So grateful for every new customer but forever thankful for our returning regulars. We truly couldn’t do this without you.

Hi everyone! Just a quick update on our schedule.

For the foreseeable future, we won’t be popping up in Tam Junction (Mill Valley). We want to say a huge thank you to everyone who supported us there and helped make it such a special experience and a special thank-you to for welcoming us into their space. We’re incredibly grateful 🤍

The good news: we’ll be announcing a brand-new pop-up location very soon with days and times, stay tuned!

In the meantime, you can catch us in Corte Madera at Menke Park every Friday and Saturday from 11:30 AM–7:00 PM.
