One of my favorite dips and dressings! 🔥
Excellent on salads, grain bowls, tacos, burritos, sandwiches and obviously dunking.

I used boiling water to soak cashews, but you can use clean room temperature water. Just allow the Organic cashews to soak an hour.

Add more water if you desire a thinner consistency.

1 c raw soaked cashews
1 c water
2+ chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (depends on your heat preference)🔥
Juice from 1 lime (about 2 Tbs)
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt

Store tightly sealed in the refrigerator up to one week.

For us ladies over 40, lifting weights isn’t optional—it’s essential!

Strength training helps maintain muscle, support strong bones, improve metabolism, and keep our arms strong and defined.

No need to bulk or go heavy, just be consistent. Do enough reps, and you will feel the burn. 🔥

Your future self will thank you! 💕

OK, so maybe it’s not your ideal candy, but my body yells when I have sweets. This makes goodness possible.

It’s all about heat, enzymes and time!

As sweet potatoes heat, enzymes called amylases break starch down into naturally sweet sugars like maltose.

The longer they stay in their “sweet spot” of about 135–170°F, the sweeter they become!

Bake at 400 for 30-60 minutes. It depends on their size. These only took 40 minutes. I look for the carmelized bubbles around the potatoes.

Just slice in half and put flesh side down. It’s okay to pop into the oven before it’s heated the whole way.👌🏼

Don’t let what happened yesterday decide what you do today. Keep moving forward.

You are worthy.
You are capable.
You are strong.
