New Product: Vermont Organic Maple Chunks. Perfect for pancakes... Just add to your dry ingredients, cook and they will leave little pools of maple syrup with an occasional soft crunch. Leave the maple syrup behind on your next camping adventure. This product is produced with our darker Vermont Grade A organic maple syrup for a bolder maple flavor without being sickly sweet.

Exceptional maple sugar, makes the best maple cheesecake. I have used maple syrup before, but this turned out so much better with the maple sugar. Make sure you use the maple sugar that is made from the more flavorful dark and medium maple syrups (most big producers only use light maple syrup because it is easy, but it is not flavorful). I put the link to the proper maple sugar below so you can be sure you're are getting right ingredient.
