Monthly reading recap is up on the blog!

This month I read 20 books (!) and somehow only one hit 5 stars… but when I tell you The Best Worst Thing by was a SIX star read for me, I mean it. The older characters, the emotion, the twists…wow. I’m still thinking about it.

Also, buddy reading with my bestie changed my life because she introduced me to the audiobook + Kindle/book combo and honestly? GAME. CHANGER. Suddenly I was “reading” while folding laundry, driving, making dinner and then while the kids watched TV…multitasking lol

A few of the books even had official playlists and I cannot explain how much that added to the experience. Give me emotional damage with a curated soundtrack apparently.

Biggest ick of the month: the nickname “Kitten.” Immediate no from me, and it was in TWO books lol!!!

And somehow the dark romances this month had the most unhinged plots in the BEST way. Like yes the spice was wild, but the storylines?? Addicting. Mob? Cowboy? Cowboy and mafia? Yessss lol!
