For me making hot sauce is all about crafting unique and delicious recipes and sharing them with people. Sometimes you just need a little extra flavor to make your food satisfying. Did you know that eating spicy food every day is great for your health? I design my sauces to enhance what you put them on rather than take over the flavor of the dish. I want to make the world more interesting, get away from the boredom people get used to in their food and life in general.

The fatalii pepper is one of my favorite kinds of peppers! This pepper makes no compromises, it was the OG hottest pepper in the world before ghost peppers came along. Packing a great flavor along with its searing heat, very aromatic and citrusy.

We got ahold of a ton of peaches and a barrel of ! So we did what we do best and made HOT SAUCE!! With ginger, onions, and sarit g*t peppers to make it savory and delicious.

Summer has been in full swing for us at Lake of Fire! We have been all over the twin cities for markets and events, we’ve been working on a new website, we’ve been getting our sauces in stores outside of the twin cities for the first time, we have a new tent for markets with updated graphics, we have had to hire extra help for the kitchen and for selling at markets!

Let me tell you, it’s been a roller coaster ride, and I couldn’t do it without all of you motivating me, coming to me excited to try my new Special Reserve recipe. Coming to me to stock up on your favorite sauce and tell me about all the food you love to put it on. I’m so lucky to be able to do something I love and I feel so appreciated by the community at farmer’s markets, co-ops, breweries, festivals, and butcher shops.

Now more than ever we need to support small businesses that have the best interests of our local community in mind. The large corporations don’t have your best interests in mind, a machine that operates purely on the value of numbers going up infinitely is a machine that will grind humanity into dust.

The hottest hot and yet it still retains a distinct character and an enticing flavor for those who can brave the heat. We have all of the hottest peppers, we have Szechuan peppercorns, we have wasabi, we have yuzu, and we have toasted sesame oil.
