Pick*A*Paleta is a mobile ice cream vending cart introducing Minnesotans to a tasty traditional Mexican treat called paletas. Enjoy something traditional and delicious like strawberry, or get adventurous and try something new. Throughout the summer we will be featuring limited edition flavors that will be sure to change the way you think about popsicles all together. We will be updating Facebook and Twitter everyday so that you know where to find us.

TODAY IS THE LAST DAY! There will be no paletas tomorrow, or the next day, or next week. This is it until next year. I will be out on Calhoun from 1:30 to 8. I will have the umbrella up and open. Come and find me to end your summer on a sweet note!

Today on the last official Sunday! On hand we have everything! We have Strawberry Cream, Strawberry Ice, Coconut, Sweet Corn Cream, Watermelon Ice, Pina Colada Cream, Mango con Chile, Mamey, Blackberry Ice, Lime Ice, and Pineapple Ice! Tomorrow we will have all of this as well as Avocado Cream, and Arroz con Leche.

It's a gorgeous day today! We have all of our core flavors out Cookies and Cream, Arroz con Leche, Watermelon Ice, and Strawberry Ice on hand!
