For those of you who braved the roads in the Twin Cities to get to the brunch today, THANK YOU.
Chef Tricio left his house at 3:30 to heave to CityFoodStudio where he prepared the food and then took a nap while he waited for Jessalyn Akerman-Frank to come pick him up to transfer the food to Dendros Group
Unlike St. Patrick's Day feast, this time we kept the food in an oven at the lowest temperature to act as a hot box, so we could transfer the food to Dendros nice and warm and just quickly set up the steam tables.
Thanks you to Minnesota Deaf Qu**rs for partnering with us for this brunch and . And thank you to the ASL students at St. Kates University for helping to clean up afterwards. You kids were a life saver.
