Last evening, House of Gristle hosted an intimate multi-course private dining experience at centered around connection, storytelling, and intentional hospitality.
From a Salad Niçoise that one guest called “the best salad they’ve ever had,” to deeply layered chicken & sausage gumbo, thoughtful wine pairings courtesy of , and a RASPBERRY dusted lemon mousse— every detail was designed to unfold slowly and bring people together.
