Welcome to This Little Piggy Catering! Minnesota Professional Catering Company – Pig Roasts, BBQ Catering, Weddings, Graduations, Corporate lunches, Birthdays, Open houses, and Elegant Meals! Fantastic pig roasts, delicious and colorful Hawaiian Luaus, traditional German style, and Cowboy style pig roasts with all the extras. Before roasting, the pigs are injected with our secret flavored blend to

enhance moisture and taste. The pigs are then cooked on our custom roasters over low heat for 24 hours and are closely monitored and adjusted throughout the entire cooking process. The pigs are transported to your site in our custom roasters and displayed complete with an apple in its mouth. Your guests can enjoy watching, and smelling, the pig being carved and seeing the meat fall right off the bones. Then we add our signature seasoning and the result is the greatest tasting pork you will ever eat. GUARANTEED!!
