page for updates. I'm Deborah. My husband, Rob, was born in southern India. We have always made our own spice mixes and our son, Anil, who is also from southern India, has been helping us pan toast our spices since he was about 10. We started out helping nonprofits in our community by providing catered Indian dinners, cooking lessons, and our spice mixes for their fundraisers. When demand grew we knew we needed to help Midwesterners and others who had discovered Indian cuisine and wanted to learn the fine art of Indian cooking. Recently we expanded part of our work to south Florida in order to work directly with small farmers that grow some tropical spices like ginger and turmeric.
