People are always asking me, what does it mean to be "Midwest Famous"... well it's a lot of things.

To me, Midwest Famous It’s not about fame, it’s about being the person everyone knows at the county fair, the brewery patio, or the Friday night fish fry.

It's when people 3 towns over know your name… and your product… and maybe your grandma’s potato salad recipe.

"Famous" is a mentality, and being a little weird is our thang.
