Introducing our final rice bowl that we will be serving, Chicken Katsudon.

This is probably one of our favorite rice bowls while we were in Japan 🇯🇵 and this is as authentic as it gets!

🍾 Exciting news! Our third bowl, Gyudon has entered the kitchen!

🤌 This bowl consists of thinly sliced beef, onion, ginger that has been simmering in our sweet-savory sauce, served over our sweet perfectly salted fluffy rice.

🥳 This is our second bowl that we will be serving, Butadon!

🤌 Our butadon is drizzled with our special tare sauce that has been simmered for over 3 hours. This bowl is packed with a hint of sweetness from our rice and tare sauce, it also has been salted to perfection from our tare sauce 🫕
