We’re partnering with Sip-N-Bloom, Sunday June 7th at 1PM to host a special flower arranging class at Unmapped!

💐Get ready for summer with experienced professionals as they guide you in creating stunning floral creations. Base tickets include farm fresh flowers, oasis flower foam, a DIY guide to help you unleash your creative potential, and a small reusable vase.

💐 Looking for more? Ticket upgrades are available which include more one-on-one time with instructors and more flowers to pick from!

And the best part is that you can drink beer while you create your masterpiece! Everything is better with beer! 🍺

Nine years later and we’re still doing what we love, brewing beer, building community, and making memories along the way.

Join us at the brewery on Saturday, June 20th for an all-day anniversary celebration packed with live music, great food, cold beer, and plenty going on all day long.

Introducing our updated made in-house Seltzer Cocktails menu. 🍋🍊🍒

Our signature “cocktails” start with our house-made Still, or Boozy Falls seltzer and turn into some seriously refreshing drinks for summer.

🍊 Seltzer Screwdriver - Simple and refreshing, Still Falls paired with orange juice for an easy-drinking classic.

🌶️ Seltzer Bloody - A Cajun/celery salt rim, pickle juice splash, Bloody Mary mix, and Still Falls, served with a beer chaser on the side.

🫚 Seltzer Mule - Still Falls topped with ginger beer and lime juice for a light, sparkling mule with a little bite.

🍾 Seltzer Mimosa - A crisp and bubbly take on brunch, 10 oz. of Boozy Falls topped with orange juice.

🍋 Seltzer Lemon Drop – Served with a sugar rim, fresh lemon juice, and Boozy Falls for a sweet-tart cocktail that goes down easy.

🍒 Seltzer Cape Cod - Still Falls mixed with cranberry juice and a splash of lime for a clean, refreshing classic.

🧂 Seltzer Margarita - Still Falls and margarita mix served with a salted rim for a crisp, bubbly margarita twist.

☀️ Seltzer Sunrise - Still Falls seltzer with a splash of lime juice, orange juice, and cranberry juice for a bright, citrusy drink with just the right touch of sweetness.

✨ NA Option: Seltzer Soda - Our non-alcoholic option made with soda water, lemon and lime juice, and you can add any of our flavor syrups to customize it however you want.

Brewed with European malts and hops, Disorientation is our tribute to classic Trappist-style brewing traditions. Belgian candi sugar and expressive Belgian yeast create layers of fruity esters, subtle spice, and a smooth malt sweetness that make this beer dangerously drinkable for its strength.

At 8.5% ABV, this Belgian Tripel stands as one of the stronger offerings on our tap list, and recently brought home 3rd Place in the “Pale Strong Beer” category at the 2026 MN Brewers Cup Awards 🏆
