One Day Farm

Our garden is proving to be bountiful this year I can’t wait for the pumpkins we grew to be ready in October!!! Cherry tomatoes!! Some big boy tomatoes! Heirloom tomatoes! cukes!! Snap beans!!! zucchini!! and peppers we even got one bell pepper this year and the garden is still producing there’s lots of little cukes and zucchini growing!!! Also our russet bucket potato’s should be ready here soon also!!!

Little throw back from our memories the photo with the tractor is where the cow barn used to be a old moldy shed and a lean too that was made of pallets and tarps to the cows new barn and fence line!! This starts from July 2025- June 2026! The one day farm has come a long way since we first bought our property in Minot! We are so proud of what we have achieved!!

Elizabeth and I got to get our purple potato haul today!! Got about 2lbs of small purple potatoes out of two 5 gallon buckets!!

The one day farm garden has brought a lot of amazing veggies already!! Hot peppers!! Cucumbers!! pickling cucumbers! And a huge zucchini!! if you would like to buy some hot peppers or cucumbers. We are doing 2 cucumbers for 1$ and, 4 hot peppers for $.50
