Cake Ball Tinis! Isn’t this an adorable presentation for my chocolate shells and cake balls? These are 5 ounce plastic martini glasses, dipped in white chocolate enrolled in gram cracker for the sand affect at the rim. Then I filled filled them with the white chocolate shells that I just made an orange cake balls. Check out that orange candy on the rim.

New Sea Shell Chocolate Molds arrived this week. Don’t they look real? Completely edible made with white chocolate melts, dark chocolate for the swirls and edible mother of pearl dust. I think the are all keepers. What do you think? Now, what to make with these? Cake or Cupcakes? Help me decide.
