We are so excited to welcome The Lunch Wagon food truck to the Welcome Center Farmers Market tonight - Thursday, May 25th from 3:30 to 6:30 pm! Along with shopping from TEN wonderful vendors to get produce, baked goods, eggs, etc. for the weekend, you can pick-up dinner for tonight. I'm very happy I won't have to cook this evening. :-)

Hi everyone! Just wanted to give a heads up that I am already SOLD OUT for today's Welcome Center Farmers Market. I will be there for everyone to pickup their pre orders and am already taking orders for next week. I truly appreciate the support! Come see me out at the Harrison County Welcome Center today from 3:30 until 6:30! For tamales I will have the following on hand: Pork with green sauce, pork with red sauce, chicken with red sauce and very limited beef with red sauce. For enchiladas I will have: Beef with red sauce, beef with queso, chicken with red sauce and chicken with queso. See something on this list you are afraid might sell out before you can make it? Introducing your new favorite take and bake meal! Fully cooked and sauced enchiladas, frozen and waiting to meet your oven! These contain 7 enchiladas which will easily feed a family of 4. I will have some on hand at the farmers market this week!
