As Hurricane Isaias approaches, prepare an emergency drinking water supply of at least one gallon per person per day for three days. Remember to include extra water for children, those with special needs and pets.

Store water in clean, airtight plastic containers. If water service is disrupted, consider the water unsafe to drink until its safety is confirmed.
