Local friends, let us take one thing off your Thanksgiving to-do list this year! 💪🏿

Great Commission BBQ is firing up the Lang and offering whole smoked turkeys for Thanksgiving! Each turkey will be injected, seasoned, and slow-smoked so you can spend less time worrying about the main dish and more time around the table.

We have options for different crowd sizes:

🔥 Feeds 6–8 | 10–12 lb. turkey
🔥 Feeds 9–12 | 14–16 lb. turkey
🔥 Feeds 13–16 | 18–20 lb. turkey

Already have your turkey? Bring it to us completely thawed, and we’ll inject, season, and smoke it for you!

It’s a team effort over here this morning!

I have to deliver these ribs and chicken soon, so we’re tag teaming this cook. Every 45 minutes we add more wood to the firebox and my wife’s pretty good at that! 💪🏿

Thanksgiving is coming, and we’ve got your turkey covered! 🦃

Great Commission BBQ will officially open Thanksgiving Turkey Preorders this Thursday, October 1!

We’ll be offering whole smoked turkeys, seasoned and smoked low and slow on the Lang.

We’ll have a few different sizes available depending on how many people you’re feeding, or you can provide your own turkey and we’ll smoke it for you!
