We are all done showing for the year! Ended it with Recorded Grades winning Best Dairy Herd In Show and then Obers placing 2nd to them! It was very exciting and we feel very proud of our ladies! Thank you to all that help and congrats to Tessa on both her BJrDIS and her BSrDIS!! Really lovey!

Took and posted new pictures of some of the boys, they were very good, although I am not sure how we always seem to find time to take pictures of them while they are in rut....STINKY!!

Way to go ladies!! 6 (3 Jr's) GCH, 4 RvsGCH, 3 BOB, 3 BUOB at the Evergreen State Fair!! It was a busy day yesterday and they are looking forward to heading home tonight for a week of rest before we head to our last fair of the season, the Western Washigton State fair!!

Finally got facebook to work and posted some of the girls and boys LA info with their pictures, some of the ladies and lil bucks didn't get any new pictures, it was just too hot !! Appraisal are offically complete! Very very excited and pleased. We all managed not to melt in the heat and the girls looked good-95 degrees is a little too warm for their likeing......Scores ranging from 85 (the two yrling milkers) to 92s. We are very thankful to our appraiser and to Erika and Jocelyn for transforming into country girls from Seattlelights....

Got all the ladies finished this weekend and they are looking so cute with their new hair cuts, getting anxious for this coming Sunday! Will be taking pictures this weekend too of the boys and some of the ladies we missed at the shows this spring...

Just got done clipping all the boys and the some of the kids and yearlings in preparation for LA on Aug 15th. Next weekend it's the milkers turn! Starting to get excited....and nervous!

Some photos of this past weekends show are up! It was a great weekend and we are so happy with how the ladies did!! Now they are home and happy to be out in the pasture again!! A few girls were camera shy, as they just couldn't wait to be milked! We'll get those posted after we get some farm pictures.
