I'm assuming new customers but I logged in on my old account I havent used since 2021?! Turn on that AutoShip and pair it with the promo code and I basically got a BOGO for a $25 bag of feed!

We got the Kalambach Feeds All Natural 5-Grain Premium Scratch and a bag of Nutrena Naturewise Egg Producer 21% Protein Layer Pellet.

I FOUND YOU.

After hunting to find your elusive nesting spot--20 minutes, multiple cow pies, getting stuck on the barbed wire multiple times, thinking about the children in the corn, and getting the hem of my dress soaked in poo--I FOUND YOU.

Just had to look above the door to your coop. Unacceptable.

We have been busy and mildly neglecting the garden but the rabbit p**p has fully fertilized the tomatoes and they're out of CONTROL. Tomatoes are everywhere and our friendly orb spiders so I'm constantly playing tag with their webs. I can't wait for salsa though!

Sideshow Bob on the way home with me from recovery. The resident rooster had picked the chick in the back and possibly broke a leg so we will see how it ends!

First true haul out of the garden. I have SO many volunteer tomatoes and sunflowers that its almost out of control as will be the amount of work I'll have canning tomatoes this year. But who can complain about free food!!!!

Frozen corn treat for a hardworking mama! She should be due any time soon but she seemed to be having a hard time so I pulled out a frozen bag of corn I had shucked before this terribly hot week got here. She is more than enjoying herself and the chickens will have melted corn nuggets for later!

Fun quail finds for today! I have 50+ eggs in the incubator is set today, plenty in my brooders, but not enough in the freezer! I can't wait to have plenty of fresh meat set back for the winter one year. This year is a good start!

Hatching will never get old! Even a small batch! I spent a good bit of the morning eyeballing this fellow until his debut 🥰 Happy Birthday!
