Spent Monday afternoon chopping away 12 pounds of Fuji apples. I didn’t cut myself once. Making sure my lovely wife has great cutting instruments helped a lot. I will put together a big batch of “Little Bruce” (apple/cinnamon) in the next week. This one was a popular one the first time i made it.
