We’re keeping our public events limited this year, so the Big Lake Farmers Market will be one of the best places to find us throughout the summer. Stop by for our amazing pork chops, delicious sides, famous Smokehouse nachos (pictured) and all the summer market goodness right on the lake!

A quick update from The Pork Chop Guys! 🐷🔥

Over the past few years, we've loved serving at public events and meeting so many amazing customers. As we've grown, we've shifted our focus to private events and catering, which now fill most of our calendar.

Did you know we offer more than just food truck service? We can cater your event with truck service, buffet-style setups, delivery, and even menu options that aren't typically available on the truck!

If you're planning a graduation party, wedding, company event, fundraiser, church gathering, or family celebration, we'd love to serve you.

The weather is beautiful, the music is about to start, and our grills are hot. Stop by between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM on Lake Street in Excelsior and grab some dinner while you enjoy the show.

As Christmas approaches, we want to pause and say thank you.

This year, we’re especially grateful for the individuals who’ve welcomed us into their events and continued to refer us to their employers, friends, and families. Those personal referrals and relationships have been a true blessing and a big part of why this business continues to grow.

Above all, we’re mindful that Christmas is about Christ, the Light of the world and the Prince of Peace, and we want to stay focused and centered on Him in all that we do.

We’re thankful for the opportunity to serve, for the people we get to work alongside, and for the trust so many of you place in us. We don’t take that lightly.

And yes… it was cold out there. You’d think we just told our son there were no pork chops for Christmas dinner.

From all of us at The Pork Chop Guys, we wish you a Merry Christmas and a season filled with peace and joy.

👶 Jess and I are excited to share — we’re expecting baby #3 this spring!

As our family grows, I’ve been thinking about the future of The Pork Chop Guys. We’ve been incredibly blessed — from corporate events and private parties to festivals and community gatherings, the support from everyone who’s come out to eat with us has been amazing.

If I’m honest, I hit capacity. Between running the truck and developing a new software company for food trucks and cities, I can’t give both 100%.

So I’m starting to look at what the next chapter might look like — possibly bringing on an operating partner, or eventually transitioning leadership with the right person who shares the same passion and commitment to quality, people, and good food.

The Pork Chop Guys isn’t going anywhere — this is about building for the long term and setting things up for continued growth and success. 🙏

If you (or someone you know) has the heart, experience, and drive to help lead operations and grow what’s already working, I’d love to connect.

We’re praying and waiting to see what God has in store — for our family ❤️ and for The Pork Chop Guys.

🍂 That’s a wrap (for the truck)!

We closed out our 2025 food truck season at Aegir Brewing Co. in Elk River, and we couldn’t be more thankful.

This year pushed us harder than ever — record corporate catering, more events, new faces, and the same smoky, charcoal-grilled fun that started it all. 🔥

To everyone who stopped by the truck, booked us for an event, or supported us along the way — thank you. You’re the reason we get to do what we love. 🙏

While the truck’s parked for the season, we’re still catering through fall and winter — buffets, corporate lunches, deliveries, and year-end parties are all open for booking.

🍂 Last one of the year! We’re wrapping up our 2025 season tomorrow AEGIR Brewing Company Brewing (Elk River).

We’ll be grilling chops, saying thanks, and soaking up the fall vibes. If you’ve been meaning to come out, this is it.
