🚓 TOUCH A TRUCK IN CHASKA! 🚒

We’re excited to be heading to the Chaska Touch a Truck for the first time Thursday, August 20th at Chaska High School! 🎉

And this event is especially fun for us because our rig was formerly part of a fire department squad—so it’s got a pretty cool history! 🔥🚒 Come check it out, grab a pork chop, and enjoy an evening of trucks and fun!

The Pork Chop Guys will be serving up lunch tomorrow (8/18) at the Monticello Chamber Luncheon, and we’ll also be open to the public!

Come grab some delicious pork chops and lunch from 11 AM–1 PM at the Monticello Community Center. We’ll be set up at the 6th Street entrance.

Not the update we wanted to share after telling everyone yesterday how excited we were for the Anoka Food Truck Festival tomorrow.

Unfortunately, The Pork Chop Guys will not be able to attend.

We’ve been working hard to finish the last pieces of B.O.B.’s fire rebuild. Between the time it took to work through the insurance process and a few unexpected supply delays, the rebuild timeline got pushed back further than we had hoped, and we were planning to have everything wrapped up today.

Then, last night on our way home from an event, another unexpected issue came up with the truck that required our immediate attention.

Thankfully, God opened a door and we were able to find the solution we needed — something we are incredibly grateful for. 🙏 But dealing with it today has taken away the remaining time we needed to finish the rebuild and get everything safely ready for tomorrow.

At this point, there simply aren’t enough hours left in the day to do everything the right way, so we’ve made the difficult decision to sit this one out.

We’re incredibly disappointed and sorry to everyone who was planning to come see us in Anoka. Thank you for continuing to support us through this whole journey.

B.O.B. is close. We just need a little more time to get him across the finish line.

We’re firing up the grill and heading to Downtown Anoka on Saturday (8/15) for an AWESOME day of food, music & fun!

Come see The Pork Chop Guys from 11 AM–9 PM and grab some of your favorites! 😋 We’ll be serving up our famous pork chops and all the fan favorites you know and love.

🌽 Throwback time! 🔥

Tonight, we’re heading back to the Big Lake Farmers Market—where The Pork Chop Guys got our start!

Since the truck is still being repaired, we’re going old school with a pop-up tent and charcoal grill, serving our famous charcoal-grilled sweet corn made with fresh corn from one of our local market vendors.

Sometimes you’ve got to pivot, and we’re excited for this chance to go back to our roots. Stop by and see us!

We’ll be there from 3-7pm!

We had a scary situation Saturday when a fire started inside one of the walls of our food truck.

We are incredibly thankful to God that no one was hurt, and very grateful to the Monticello Fire Department for their quick response and help.

The truck will be off the road for at least the next couple of weeks while we work through repairs and the insurance process. We’ll share updates as we know more.

We’re at Taste of Monticello today! It’s a hot one, but at least we scored some shade while the guys fire up the 900-degree charcoal grill. 🔥

Come check out all the food vendors and Art in the Park along the river at Ellison Park. We’re here until 3:00 p.m.!
