To all of our amazing customers and friends,
We have some news to share, and it wasn't an easy decision for us.
Unfortunately, our food truck won't be opening for the 2026 season. We will be back in 2027.
WHAT HAPPENED?
Earlier this year, I suffered an injury while traveling abroad. After a lot of appointments, conversations with my doctors, and plenty of soul-searching, I've decided to take the summer off to give my body the time it needs to heal properly. As much as I'd love to be out there cooking and seeing all of you, I know that taking care of my health now is the best way to make sure I can come back stronger.
The most important thing we want everyone to know is that this is ONLY TEMPORARY. We are NOT CLOSING — just pressing pause for a little while. We fully plan to be back, and we can't wait for that day.
To everyone who has supported us over the years, thank you. Whether you've visited us once or have been lining up at the window since day one, you've become more than customers—you've become part of our journey. Your support, encouragement, and friendships have meant the world to our family, and we're incredibly grateful for each and every one of you.
We'll miss serving you this summer, but we're looking forward to the day we can roll the truck back out, fire up the grill, and welcome you back with all your favorite food.
Thank you for your understanding, your patience, and your continued support. We hope you all have a fantastic summer, and we'll see you again before you know it.
