Made garden fresh strawberry and rhubarb jam. Can’t get any fresher than our strawberries. We will have some at the farmers market on Saturday.

The Black Raspberries are really coming on. Should be a fantastic picking in about a month.

We have garlic that will be ready in Late June, early July. Napa cabbage in May. Peas in May. Cucumber in June. Kale, carrots, spinach, Swiss Chard, and several other vegetables. Morgan County Farmers Market start May 2nd in Martinsville 9-12:30 and May 5th in Mooresville. Look forward to seeing you all!!!

The fruit trees, brambles and strawberries are all blossoming. Can’t wait to taste that fresh fruit. Also have planted cabbage, kale, Swiss chard, peas, carrots, beets, spinach and lettuce of cold weather crops. Now it’s tomatoes, peppers, beans, zucchini, eggplant, okra and cucumbers. Plus some I can’t think of right now. Excited to get to harvest.

Spring has hit Yeager Farm. Black raspberries are starting to grow as are the strawberries. The garlic is looking great. The raised beds are starting to get planted. And the new additions of baby chicks. So thankful Spring is here!

Getting ready for the market season as well as the Greenwood Strawberry Festival in June. Made 50 - 1/2 pints of Strawberry Jam. Look for us. It sure is yummy!

Dehydrated, some green peppers and jalapeño peppers and then made them into a powder. They’re great on salad or in soups and that kind of stuff.

Dehydrated the eggshell to make a powder. You can use the powder for your garden or add it to the dog food.
