Audra and Garrett Maurer wanted locals to be able to find fresh, local, pesticide-free veggies year round, which prompted them to launch For Good Farms.

After a weekend away, we are excited to be back at it! In addition, we are so excited to announce that Nichole's Fine Pastry & Café has started stocking our buttercrunch and romaine lettuce!

We are grateful for their collaboration. Please stop in their store to get our yummy greens and so many other quality products! They are a wonderful staple of downtown Fargo and everyone should check them out.

It's a perfect day for The Market at West Acres! Make sure to stop out today before 3pm to grab your lettuce and microgreens. We will be out of town for a family celebration this weekend so it's your last chance this week to get your safe local greens.

Come on down to the Moorhead Farmers Market and check out our new sign! We will have a proper burial for the paper sign we started with...it went through a lot.

We are here until 6:30 with a fresh weekly harvest!

It's late but I didn't want to miss this special day. That's right it's Garrett's birthday!!! Despite being his birthday he still spent half the day working on farm chores and talking about the business with local media. I didn't get to snap a picture during the work chaos but we also made time to celebrate with a meal and relaxation. Make sure to wish him happy birthday the next time you see him! For Good Farms wouldn't be what it is today without his passion, dedication, and brilliant mind. Happy Birthday Garrett!
