Harmony Acres We here at Harmony Acres are all about family, farms, and locals! We at Harmony Acres teach both English and Western Riding.

We bring in local artists and farmers and host Paint nights, Felting, Quilling, 3D Crochet, Flower Arranging, Yoga Classes and other events for all ages. Teaching all aspects of horsemanship to all ages. We believe it is important for our students to learn how to both care for and ride their horse.We teach our students from the ground up- from picking a hoof to riding on trails or in shows. In tea

The chicks are getting big! They were roosting on everything they could so we decided to upgrade their inside roost and build them nest boxes. They LOVE their roosts but are still a little shy about the best boxes but they’ll get there. Thank you Steve VanHorn for building them!

Team work makes the dream work! Thanks to Betsy's Stand we have our hay for the winter! Between the 3 of us we had 200 bales of Beautiful 1st cut hay is neatly stacked in our barn within 45 minutes (dad was pretty proud of that 😉). If you ask any horse owner this is the best feeling ever, having a barn full of hay is like having money in the bank. Thanks to everyone who has attended or even just shared our classes has helped us put hay in the barn for our horses. That’s why we do what we do! Besides enjoying meeting new people and creating great friendships through classes, they also help pay for our horses’ upkeep.

Our Beginner Soap Making Demonstration Class was such a great class this past Saturday with Sisu Finn Soaps of Voluntown, CT. She had so much information for us about how to make your own soap right in your own home! Thank you for another wonderful class and thank you for bringing one of your baby goats!

Our quilling class this past Saturday was such a fun class! We loaded the barn with 17 attendees and Buddy was hanging out outside waiting for attention. Our Quilling classes are always so much fun, thank you Serial Quiller Creations for another wonderful class!
