100% Black Walnut Syrup!
Sap pulled directly from black walnut trees, boiled down to the most delicious syrup! Has a very unique taste. Some say butterscotch with a slight nutty flavor. Stock is limited as it takes between 40-50 gallons of sap to make 1 gallon of syrup. Walnut trees produce only about 1/3 the amount of sap as a maple tree does.
