I totally forgot to take pictures of my loaves this passed weekend but I just finished up my last and got pictures of them. Confetti loaf and a plain loaf. When your 4 yr old grand daughter calls and says will you make me rainbow bread and p**p bread. You get right to it. They call my plain loaf bread p**p bread. I don't know why they call it that but hey who cares. I did burn it a little but she will love it.

I had a very very busy weekend making bread and tamales. I made over 25 loaves of bread and a dozen tamales. I loved every bit of it. Thank you all for your orders and thank you for trusting me with your foods. Tomorrow I'm going to try the canning pickles. I will see how this goes. Lol! Have a good night my friends! Happy Father's day to all the dad's out there! This is an Italian loaf it makes the best grilled cheese and sandwiches.

I'm always up to trying new things in the kitchen. So I'm going to try and learn how to can pickles. My husband loves pickles and I was giving a big bag full of cucumbers so why not try canning. I'm excited!!

I've been working on this coconut cream pie all day. I made two meringue and it keeps turning to liquid. Now the whole pie is a complete mess. I'm at a loss on what to do from keeping it from turning into mush. Anyone have any suggestions?
