Back again today at the Shelby County, IN Farmers Market! We have:

- Maple pecan cookies are back! Only 2 for $1
- Miniature syrup bottles- $3
- Lavender sachets - $3
- New! Lavender hot / cold neck wraps (handmade)- $20

And of course our regular and cinnamon maple syrup- $15 / bottle.

After today we will be back at the market June 20th.

Today is the first Farmer’s Market! Join us from 8 to 12 in downtown Shelbyville!

We have both regular and cinnamon maple syrup as well as lavender sachets.

We will be there again this year! We will have our pure maple syrup we make plus our cinnamon maple syrup, lavender sachets and maybe some home grown spices. We will see you there!

Our supply is lower than last year so we will probably sell out before the summer is over.

550 gallon run tonight! Best his season. Brings our total to 1375. At least that means a decent year. Not great, but decent. Thank you to my wife for driving the tractor and helping me collect for 4 1/2 hours! lol

Better late than never! Our first bottle of the season. Last year started out much darker than this year.

It has great having a group of homeschoolers out this morning learning about maple syrup!

2nd time gathering for the season and collected 300 gallons! That is 550 so far this year. This tree is one of our champions, give us more sap over 5 years than just about any of the other trees!

Reverse osmosis is an extreme time saver. Our sap this year started out at about 1.5 - 1.75% sugar. Through RO we are able to increase that to 8%. We have a small RO but it has saved us already hours and hours of boiling time.
