Let's be honest, the jerky industry is probably mostly guys right?

Well these two ladies or CHICKS as they like to call themselves are making a name for themselves with their jerky!

Thinly sliced firm beef jerky with a solid flavor and just the right amount of heat in there two hot chicks flavor for those that like heat but not crazy hot!

So if you like to support Women owned business or your looking for grass fed with no antibiotics, no hormones, no nitrates, gluten free as well as high in protein jerky maybe exactly what you're looking for!!

Huge shout out to everyone over at for their FISH Jerky and awesome idea!!

They take the hated, feared, invasive pez diablo or devil fish and turn it into tasty, nutritious products while boosting local employment in Mexico!

We were honestly kind of shocked with how good it was! We were pretty nervous when they contacted us but the taste and texture is great. You can barely tell its even fish!

If you like fish and jerky and want to give these guys a shot we would definitely recommend them!!

That each batch of our Jerky takes over 20 hours to prepare!?😱⏳
From hand cutting, marinating, dehydrating, packaging & sealing...not to mention 20 or so minutes to try get a good photo of it - Because let's be serious, it's not the first food that pops in your head when you think of pretty/photogenic food is it😂
It COULD take half that time but when we started SAVVY we said we wanted to make 'Quality' Beef Jerky (that is tasty AF), SO we take the time for alllllllll the flavoured goodness to soak up in the meat before we dehydrate🤙🏻🤤
Hence the treasure nick-name💁🏻‍♂️

Fresh Jerky in the making!!

Yesterday was craving some beef jerky so they took out from the freezer one bag of marinated slices of beef that they prepped and let it sit in the fridge overnight.

They put them in the Power Air Fryer Oven for 5 hours and 30 min at 160 degrees! If you made thicker slice or want them crispier, put it longer! 😋

If you are looking for some solid, what we are going to call just right tender jerky, you should take a look at

We got to try the Teriyaki and the Spicy Habenero and both just had the perfect middle of the road not to dry not to most that most people seem to love!

The Teriyaki had great flavor but was not too sweet which we like in a Teriyaki Jerky!

The Spicy Habenero had great flavor and was not overly spicy so it's definitely something you can enjoy vs just way too hot!

They also have a Peppered which we did not get to try!

One other thing we liked and this may or may not be for everyone but we loved the LARGE sizes! We like a good size when it comes to the pieces and these were great full-size pieces!
