Just look how cute this little guy is!! 🥹
Dad is mini Hereford, mama is full size. And HE HAS HORNS!!! He comes from a polled line, so they're unsure how that happened. He's the first in his family to have them.

But we're a horn-friendly kinda farm, so he's definitely welcome!

Easter is around the corner!!
Who needs duck eggs? 😁
We get a DOZEN a day. $5/carton.

They're soooo much easier to peel for deviled eggs. Thicker shells & membrane.
(PM me if you need tips on hard-boiling duck eggs).

The yolk is rich and sweet, not salty like a chicken egg.

The white gets more firm when boiled, no floppy deviled eggs here! 😅

*Hard-boiling eggs works best when they're about a week old, or older. This applies to any kind of egg. Easier to peel when older.
