We have one more sweet treat prepared for Saturday: Cookie Jar: Cookies and Cream Edition!

After bottling Cookie Jar, we left the bags filled with the almond cookies and coconut macaroons undisturbed in the tank, so that they would slowly drain all of the beer that they had previously soaked up. This super-concentrated liquid was delicious, but we wanted to amp it up, so we added vanilla cream and chocolate! This beer is truly decadent, rich, and basically non-carbonated.

Bottles will go on sale Thursday, 4/23 at noon. There is a strict limit of 1 bottle per person, as we have fewer than 3 cases. Please only order if you or your proxy can pick up Saturday between 12-4. These beers were hand bottled, and we highly recommend keeping them cold and drinking them fresh. Please note that these are 375 mL bottles.

Introducing: Cookie Jar, our newest barrel aged stout!

For this decadent delight, we teamed up with our good friends at WildFlour Pastry . They baked us dozens of pounds of traditional almond cookies and coconut macaroons. We picked these treats up from the bakery while they were still hot and fresh and added them to our stout that had been resting in bourbon barrels for 4 years. The result is amazing! Fresh baked goods and sweetness are tempered by the bourbon and oak in a way that brings a wonderful balance. Fantastic artwork by KW Creative

Bottles of Cookie Jar will go on sale Monday, April 20th at noon, and the release will be Saturday, April 25th at Westbrook Brewing Company from noon until 4.

This Saturday, 11/22, from 2-4, we are having what will be our last planned sale and pickup time for the rest of the year. We have less than a case of Stagg Party and Meet Your Maker, less than 2 cases of Leviathan, and about 5 cases of Vow of Silence left. If you want any of these bottles, this will very likely be your last chance to get them. Please only order if you or your proxy can pick up during that time. Any orders not picked up will be cancelled. There are no limits on any of these bottles, so help us clear space for next year!
