Introducing: Beacon, our brand new IPA! We wanted to brew something a little lighter for the summer, but still packed with flavor. This hazy IPA was dry-hopped with Citra, Citra Hyperboost, and Nectaron for intense tropical flavors.

4 packs of Beacon will go on sale on our website Wednesday, 6/10, and pickup will be Saturday, 6/13 from 12-4 at . Big Tent Pizza will be there until 3, so come hungry! Thanks again to for his awesome work with this label!

We just wanted to thank for making these delicious cookies for Cookie Jar, for bringing their awesome burgers to our release, for the artwork, and for letting us do this. We can't wait to share this beer with y'all tomorrow, and there are still bottles available!

We have one more sweet treat prepared for Saturday: Cookie Jar: Cookies and Cream Edition!

After bottling Cookie Jar, we left the bags filled with the almond cookies and coconut macaroons undisturbed in the tank, so that they would slowly drain all of the beer that they had previously soaked up. This super-concentrated liquid was delicious, but we wanted to amp it up, so we added vanilla cream and chocolate! This beer is truly decadent, rich, and basically non-carbonated.

Bottles will go on sale Thursday, 4/23 at noon. There is a strict limit of 1 bottle per person, as we have fewer than 3 cases. Please only order if you or your proxy can pick up Saturday between 12-4. These beers were hand bottled, and we highly recommend keeping them cold and drinking them fresh. Please note that these are 375 mL bottles.
